What is going to happen after the order?

After the order our system send you an automatic message about the order’s details. If the product is in stock we send it to your address within 2-3 workdays. If you have to wait for the ordered product we will inform you as soon as possible by mail.

How can I pay?

There are several possibilities to make a payment during the check-out. You can make a secure payment by bankcard using PayLike system.

If your shipping address is in Hungary you can also make a payment by bank transfer. In this case after sending your order our system send you an automatic proforma invoice by mail. During the bank transfer please fill out the note section with the proforma invoice number. If the ordered product is in stock we send to your address within 2-3 workdays.

If your shipping address is in Hungary you can also make a payment by cash on delivery.

How can I ask an invoice?

Our system automatically send you an invoice. If you buy as a company please fill out the VAT number field.

If your company is within the EU fill out the EU VAT number field to remove the VAT from the total amount.

What can I do if I don't recieve your message after the check-out?

If you don’t recieve our automatic message please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
