Compatibility and ease-of-use
Having numerous powertools can cause inconvenience both in a domestic and an industrial setting. Each powertool manufacturer forces customers to purchase specific batteries and chargers. We -the customers- may get a good deal on one machine but we have to pay dearly in order to keep it powered up. It is the manufacturer’s method to lock us into using solely their products. This practice however, limits our choices when we wish to purchase new powertools.
The Samsound Battery Adapter Plate makes it possible to use ,for example, a Makita LXT battery on a DeWalt powertool. There is already a vast number of combinations available, but when need arises a new product emerges.
Adapter Plate for Hitachi Hikoki batteries
This adapter allows Hitachi Hikoki batteries to be used with powertools by other manufacturers. Do NOT use the adapter to charge the battery! Only use geniune chargers for that purpose.
